Research projects will be planned, conducted, and implemented with stakeholder involvement to ensure that NCIT research is responsive to stakeholder needs and ultimately transferred into practice. Engagement of stakeholders from the outset will ensure that all projects work toward improving the durability and extending the life of the nation’s infrastructure, with the mindset of adoption and implementation of research findings. The T2C coordinators will provide oversight of all T2C activities, including initial T2C training for NCIT researchers and staff.
