Technology, to address the impacts and potential benefits of technological innovation, including connected and automated vehicles and the electrification of vehicles on transportation infrastructure
Policy, to improve decision-making for resource allocation, including equity and social justice considerations, improved economic analysis for transportation improvements, good stewardship of the environment and other infrastructure-related policy issues
Infrastructure Durability and Resilience, to increase the lifespan and resiliency of transportation assets, and to enable transportation infrastructure to be prepared for, adapt to, and recover rapidly from natural or man-made disruptions.
