All problem statements must be submitted through the online form provided on this page. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a successful submission:
- Prepare Your Problem Statement: Use the format below. Make sure your problem statement is complete, clearly written, and in PDF or Word.
- Label Your Problem Statement File: Use a descriptive file name that includes your name, organization and the project title.
- Upload the File: Click the “Choose File” button in the form below to select your file from your computer.
- Check File Size: The maximum allowed file size is 50 MB. Larger files may not upload successfully.
- Submit the Form: After uploading, complete any required fields in the form and click Submit.
- Confirmation: Once submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and/or an email indicating your submission was successful.
