Hosted by Rutgers University, the 2026 NCIT Virtual Colloquium was a one-day event held March 23 from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (ET). The program brought together transportation leaders, researchers, educators, and students for an afternoon focused on infrastructure innovation, emerging technologies, policy, and workforce development.
The agenda featured keynote perspectives from national and regional transportation leaders, concurrent research sessions across infrastructure, technology, and policy, and discussions centered on education and workforce pathways. The event also included student engagement, virtual lab tours, and opportunities for connection across institutions and disciplines.
