Hosted by Rutgers University, the 2026 NCIT Virtual Colloquium is a one-day event taking place March 23 from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (ET). The program brings together transportation leaders, researchers, educators, and students for an afternoon focused on infrastructure innovation, emerging technologies, policy, and workforce development.
The agenda features keynote perspectives from national and regional transportation leaders, concurrent research sessions across infrastructure, technology, and policy, and discussions centered on education and workforce pathways. The event also includes student engagement, virtual lab tours, and opportunities for connection across institutions and disciplines.
